All classes are run by a fully qualified physiotherapist to ensure high standards of teaching and safety.
The classes are tailored for everyone regardless of age or ability. Our classes are attended by both men and women wishing to improve core stability, posture and alignment, improve general fitness and balance, and gain great stabilising muscles.
We have a broad mixture of people attending the classes ranging from athletes to post-surgical patients. There are a high number of people in the class that are recovering from injury, hip/knee replacements, or spinal surgery due to our association with Belper Rehab Physio. We also have a lot of athletes from local athletics, running, cycling, and triathlon clubs that are aiming to optimise their sporting performance and prevent injury. We also have older age groups using Pilates to help maintain good bone density, minimise the onset of joint wear-and tear, maintain balance, and strength. Whatever your background Pilates is great for you to keep your body functioning optimally.
We have matwork classes, gym ball, small equipment, foam rollers, beginners, post-natal courses running through out the year. You can pre-book any of the courses once the timetable is released. The current timetable runs until December 2012 and will be regularly updated on this site. if you wish to have it emailed to you please contact us via email and we will add you to our mailing list.
We also do one-to-one sessions tailored to your individual needs. This can be as an introductory session or as an ongoing personal coaching sessions. These are £20-£25 per session.
